Here is another important question, are you a team player? Almost everyone say yes to this question but its not just yes or no question; you need to provide behavioral examples to backup your answer. A sample answer, yes I m very much a team player, in fact I have had many opportunities in my work, school, and sports to develop my skills as a team player, give example s to backup your experiences and focus on openness to diversity of backgrounds. Talk about strength of the team above individual. Note that this question may be used as a lead question around how you handle conflict within the team.
